Inspired by German Helles. Hopped with Tettnanger playing homage to the German style whilst bringing a subtle, balanced, floral and herbal aroma and a soft spiciness on the palate. Lagered this for 6 weeks. Expect a dry and very clean beer with a light sweetness from the yeast and lager malts
