This beer is the second of two BDS Sour Cherry releases. Morello is often found in English orchards; sharper, richer and somewhat more complex than Montmorency. Often used in Cherry brandy, Krieks (Lambic beers) and Black Forest Gateau.
So think of this as a sort of Kriek style Black Forest Gateau beer, and you'd be.... erm, wrong actually. Don't think of it like that at all. Please.
