This Imperial Stout Is a blend of two different Imperial stouts. One was aged in a Tokaji dessert wine barrel from Hungary, whilst the other in a 12year Blair Athol Scottish Whisky barrel. The combo of the two barrels giving it a big old school imperial stout vibe, along with a sweet desert wine. A little sweet, a little savoury,
a lot delicious.
Cannibalism & Witchcraft Is a reference to the “Great Famine” from the 1300's in Europe. Where Men, Women and Children were banded as witches , blamed and burnt at the stake. And where cannibalism was sometimes the choice between living and not.
