Dipping into the Indie Hops portfolio once again, deciding on a pairing of Lorien (notes of lemon and lime zest, wildflower and honeydew) and Audacia (notes of berry, lilac and lavender). The base beer is bone dry, with a crisp bitterness like any good pilsner should have.
