Little Earth Project Echoes of Summer 2021 Fruited Sour 375ml (5.6%)
Originally brewed in collaboration with London based brewery, Solvay Society for Collabagedden 2019, this Suffolk fruited sour was loved so much that it had to be brewed again. This is the third release.
The base beer remains the same with a mix of pale, rye & wheat malt, which was left to age in oak for 7 months when a variety of summer fruits were added, including locall sources raspberries, gooseberries, elderberries, blackberries & cherries!
They were left to referment for another 7 months before bottling in early 2022, and released into the wild a year later.
