Holy Goat Limonata Sour Limonata Sour with Spanish Lemons 375ml (5.4%)
Brewed in collaboration with Newbarns Brewery, taking inspiration from Limonata soft drinks to produce a mixed fermentation version. Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats. Fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured with our house culture. The base beer was then fermented with over 100kg of lemons, with a mixture of 60kg comminute and 40kg organically grown whole lemons from Comares, Spain. The whole lemons were zested and juiced by hand.
