Green Hop IPA was brewed to celebrate this years hop harvest. Green Hops are hops picked fresh from the farm and brewed with the very next day, giving beautiful fresh vibrant characteristics. Whirlpooled with fresh Ernest from Hukins Hop Farm for fresh apricot, citrus and stone fruit characteristics, and then dry hopped with Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus for some classic West Coast vibes of citrus orange and grapefruit with a moreish dose of fresh pine and pepper. Expect a melee of fruits with a crisp, piney bitter finish.
