A blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus have been used at 4 different stages for bittering and whirlpool additions to layer up the flavours and give a balanced bitterness. Amarillo, Simcoe are added along with a touch of Columbus and Centennial in the dry hop for an overripe citrus and pine crush. Splitting the hop bill into 8 component parts creates a deliciously layered birthday celebration.
