Diamond Lake is a New Zealand Pale Ale hopped with some of the finest Southern Hemisphere hops. Motueka was used in the whirlpool for some fresh and vibrant lemon and lime flavours, then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and a hop growers own variety, Eggers Special. The resulting beer has a bright melody of citrus and tropical fruits with notes of white peach grapefruit all backed up with a balanced bitterness.
