Klaxon IPA is a luxuriously hopped DDH India Pale Ale layered with monstrous quantities of Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe. Galaxy and Simcoe takes the lead in the dry-hop supported by a solid base of Citra (and even more Simcoe) over a smooth oats-forward malt foundation. The result of this extremely choice hop-combo is an IPA bursting with tropical stone fruits, juicy melon, ripe mango and rounded out with notes of bright fresh citrus and resinous pine.
Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats & Flaked Wheat.
Hops: Galaxy, Simcoe & Citra
Yeast: WLP066 London Fog
